If you’ve visited this domain before, you might remember there used to be a blog here. There was, briefly. Then life happened.
About two years ago I quietly took it down. Not with any grand announcement — I just let it go dark. The honest reason was simple: I had no time. Between work, projects, and the general chaos of keeping up with everything, sitting down to write felt like one obligation too many. So I stopped.
But the thoughts never stopped. They just had nowhere to go.
I’ve always been a maker at heart — the kind of person who stays up too late tinkering with something that probably doesn’t need tinkering with. Ideas accumulate. Opinions form. Things happen at 2am that feel worth remembering. I just never got around to writing any of it down.
What’s changed? Honestly — AI. Not in a “the robots are writing my blog” kind of way, but in a “I finally have a capable collaborator who doesn’t mind that I start sentences at midnight and finish them at 3am” kind of way. Having something that can help me shape a half-formed thought into something readable has lowered the barrier enough that I’m willing to try again.
So here we are. Same domain, fresh start.
I’m not going to promise a posting schedule, because that’s exactly how I killed it last time. What I will say is that I have a lot of thoughts rattling around that deserve more than a fleeting moment — about making things, about tools and technology, about whatever keeps me up at night. This is where they’ll land.
